The method: LiveWELL Programs. Functional Based. Results Driven.

STARTWELL SESSION: We start with your goals. What is it that you hope to achieve? What do you want to be able to do? We’ll take a look at just where you’re starting out—your body mechanics and abilities—and then we customize a program to meet your needs. We introduce you to functional training by using a life-long journey approach to well-being. We want you to take ownership of that journey and hope to create a fitness leader out of you. You will get there. Starting is the hardest part.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING: This is the best training available to you. It's thoughtful, purposeful and meant to make your body change. Semi-Private Sessions are groups of 2-4 people. This means more bang for your buck while still getting that individualized attention. Work out with your friends every week. Sounds fun, right?

TEAM TRAINING CLASSES: Not your typical bootcamp classes. 10-20 people. Warm-up, circuits, stations, timers, and the works. They change every week. There's a class for every level, but they are all functional-based training. We'll get your heart rate up, watch your form, and encourage you the whole hour!

At LiveWELL, we train because we love our bodies, not because we hate them. Our training is functional movement based: Push, Pull, Lunge, Squat, Balance and Rotation. It is designed to improve your Postural Stability, Mobility, Movement Efficiency, Core, Balance, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Flexibility, Metabolism, Coordination, Speed and Power. At LiveWELL, we like research, and we've done our homework. After one workout you will see that our programs are results driven and are meant to give you the optimal combination of strength building and fat burning and are purposefully designed to give you greater strength and confidence to perform everyday tasks at work and at play. You will pushed to your max, all while keeping the benefit high and the risk of injury low. Instead of talking about why we are different, we we'd honestly prefer to show you.
